Synektik SALPP fashion lowers its sales target for 2025/26 to approx. PLN 23-24 billion
Listed fashion group LPP expects sales of approximately PLN 23-24 billion (EUR 5.4-5.6 bln) and a gross margin of 53-54 percent in the 2025/26 financial year, the company said in the report. In April, the group predicted that its revenues would amount to approximately PLN 25-26 billion (EUR 5.9-6.1 bln). The group's annual plans are influenced by the results of the second quarter.
"The group's sales plans for the entire 2025 financial year assume the possibility of achieving revenues of approximately PLN 23-24 billion, with year-on-year growth in the traditional sales segment (thanks to increases in space and positive LFL) and growth in the online channel," LPP said in its quarterly report.
The group expects a gross sales margin of 53-54 percent. At the same time, it assumes that the ratio of operating costs to sales will remain at around 41-42 percent.
Capital expenditure of PLN 3.1 billion (EUR 726,950) is planned, of which PLN 1.9 billion (EUR 445,550) will be spent on stores. At the same time, the company wants to maintain a safe level of debt.
"The group's annual plans are influenced by the results of the second quarter, the beginning of which was characterised by exceptionally low temperatures both in Poland and other European countries, which reduced the propensity to purchase spring-summer collections," the company said.
The group's sales in the period from May 1, 2025 to June 10, 2025 in constant currencies increased by 13 percent year on year.
