LPP fashion to pay total PLN 1.22 bln in dividend from FY 2024/25 profit

Listed fashion group LPP''s shareholders have decided to earmark a total of PLN 1.22 billion (EUR 286.6 mln) for the payment of dividens, including the interim dividend of PLN 612.4 million (EUR 143.85 mln), the comoany said in a market filing.


The dividend record date has been set for October 10, and the dividend will be paid on October 31, 2025.

In April, the company paid its shareholders an advance dividend of PLN 612.4 million (EUR 143.85 mln) or PLN 330 (EUR 77.52) per share.

LPP's net profit for the financial year from February 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025 amounted to PLN 1.64 billion (EUR 385.24 mln). The remaining amount will be allocated to the reserve capital.

In 2024, the company paid a dividend of PLN 610 (EUR 143.3) per share.
