Ordinary General Meeting

The Management Board of ManyDev Studio SE (the "Company") hereby makes

public, in the appendix to this report, the list of shareholders holding

at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of

the Company held on June 24th 2025.

Legal basis for the submission of the report:Article 70(3) of the Act

of 29 July 2005 on public offerings and conditions for the introduction

of financial instruments to the organised trading system and on public

companies (Journal of Laws 2013, item 1382).
