Legal basis: Art. 56 sec. 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering -

current and periodic information

ManyDev Studio SE with its registered office in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;), with

reference to current report No. 1/2024 of January 11, 2024, hereby

informs about the change of the date of publication of the semi-annual

report for the first half of 2024, which was to be published on

September 16, 2024.

The semi-annual report for the first half of 2024 will be made public on

September 30, 2024.

Detailed legal basis:

§ 80 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29,

2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of

securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information

required by the laws of a non-member state
