mBank lender's mortgage unit plans to issue max. PLN 750 mln mortgage bonds

The management board of mBank Hipoteczny, the mortgage unit of mBank, Warsaw-listed unit of Commerzbank, has adopted a resolution on the issue of mortgage bonds with a total nominal value not exceeding PLN 750 million (EUR 176.4 mln), the bank announced in a market filing.


The redemption date is set for September 17, 2029, and the variable interest rate will be determined as the sum of the WIBOR 3M base rate (or the index that replaces it) and a margin of 0.75 percent.

The mortgage bonds will be introduced to trading on the alternative trading system operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange on the date of their issue.
