Millennium lender estimates FX loans' legal risk provision at PLN 483 mln in Q4 2024

Listed lender Bank Millennium estimates the provision for legal risk related to foreign currency mortgage loans in the fourth quarter of 2024 at PLN 483 million (EUR 113.2 mln), the bank said in a market filing.


The value of provisions for legal risk related to the portfolio of foreign currency loans granted by the former Euro Bank expected to be created (but with no impact on the financial result), is estimated at PLN 39 million (EUR 9.14 mln).

Millennium is slated to publish the 2024 financial statements, containing final figures on legal risk provisions and final financial results for the fourth quarter of 2024 on February 24, 2025.
