Millennium lender supervisory board approves domestic bond issue programme of up to PLN 4 bln

Bank Millennium's supervisory board has approved a domestic bond issue programme with a nominal value of up to PLN 4 billion (EUR 943.2 mln), the bank said in a market filing.


The bonds will be issued in multiple series, will be denominated in PLN or other currencies and will not be secured.

"The terms and conditions of the bond issue may specify the use of the proceeds of the bond issue, including indicating that the proceeds of the bond issue may be used by the bank to finance sustainable development objectives," the filing said.
