Mirbud builder's bid for construction of second stage of Krakow Music Centre cancelled

Listed builder Mirbud's bid for the construction of the second stage of the Krakow Music Centre has been cancelled, the company said in a market filing. Earlier, Mirbud's offer worth PLN 177.98 million (EUR 41 mln) gross was selected as the most favourable in the tender.


"The reason for the cancellation of the bid selection is the appeal of one of the other bidders," Mirbud pointed out.

"Having familiarised itself with the contents of the appeal, the contracting authority considered it justified to cancel the selection of the most favourable offer and to repeat the examination and evaluation of the offers submitted in the procedure," it added.
