Mo-Bruk to create write-off to secure potential liability for increased fees for 2018, 2019

Listed industrial recycling firm Mo-Bruk will pay a total of PLN 52.4 million (EUR 12.3 mln) to the Marshal's Office of the Lower Silesian region to secure a potential liability for increased fees for 2018 and 2019, the company said in a market filing. The management decided to create a write-off, which will affect the net result for the third quarter of 2025.


The company disputes the legitimacy of the fees charged and intends to continue to assert its rights before the administrative courts. In the event of a ruling in Mo-Bruk's favour, the amounts paid will be returned to the company's account together with the interest due.
