Listed builder Mostostal Zabrze group's current order backlog (signed contracts to be executed in future periods) and contracts to be signed based on Mostostal Zabrze's current offers amount to approximately PLN 1.56 billion, of which PLN 1.06 billion are contracts already signed, the company said in a market filing.
Mostostal Zabrze Group's sales revenue in 2024 was PLN 1 billion (EUR 239 mln), down 25 percent from 2023.
The group's gross profit on sales in 2024 was PLN 136 million (EUR 32.5 mln), resulting in a margin of 13.5 percent, higher than the levels of recent years (by 2.0 p.p. compared to 2023 and by 3.9 p.p. compared to 2022).
Mostostal Zabrze Group's consolidated net profit amounted to PLN 64.8 million (EUR 15.5 mln), registering a decrease compared to the previous year.
The decrease in profits was influenced by the effect of an inflated base, which was related to the positive conclusion for Mostostal Zabrze of the litigation cases with Wood Environment & Infrastructure Solutions, Inc and KT-Kinetics Technology S.p.A in 2023.
As the CEO pointed out, the profits generated translated into strong cash flow and low debt levels. Net debt at the end of 2024 was minus PLN 176.8 million (EUR 42.2 mln).
