Murapol SAMurapol real estate sells 708 flats to retail customers in Q2 2025
Listed real estate developer Murapol sold 708 residential units to retail customers in the second quarter of 2025 on the basis of development and preliminary agreements, up from 683 in the prior year period, the company said in a press release.
It was reported that in the entire first half of 2025, the company concluded 1,403 development and preliminary agreements with retail customers for investments in 17 cities, against 1,438 in the prior year period.
In addition, as of June 30, 2025, the company had 172 paid reservation agreements after eliminating cancellations (up from 83 at the end of the first half of 2024).
In the first half of 2025, retail customers were handed over the keys to 946 apartments in 13 cities, against 1,295 flats handed over in the prior year period.
Between January and June 2025, the Murapol group introduced 1,126 residential units in 5 investments in 4 cities (Warsaw, Cracow, Lodz and Torun), down from 2,285 flats in the first half of 2024).
As of June 30, 2025, Murapol's offer included over 4,400 units in 16 cities.
