Listed real estate developer Murapol in 2025 wants to sell approximately 10 percent more flats year-on-year in the development segment, CEO Nikodem Iskra told a videoconference. The CEO assessed 2025 as the year of the customer.
"I think that 2025 will be the year of the customer. It will be, in my opinion, a good year for customers to buy flats. We expect stable prices," Nikodem Iskra, CEO of Murapol, said.
The CEO pointed out that the record supply in 2024 means that in 2025 customers will have the opportunity to choose almost-finished or finished flats at stable prices.
"In this market environment, we plan to sell about 10 percent more flats than last year," he said.
The CEO assessed, the company recommended allocating at least 75 percent of the consolidated net profit to dividends.
"We intend to recommend to the general meeting to allocate at least 75 percent of the consolidated net profit to dividends. At the same time, we define this as estimated distributions," he said.
Last year, the company paid a PLN 80 million (EUR 19.1 mln) dividend and PLN 120 million (EUR 28.7 mln) dividend advance in the second half of 2024.
"In 2024, we spent about PLN 250 million on land and that's the level we plan to maintain this year," indicated the CEO.
