On 22/11/2019 Novaturas, AB received Central European Tour Operator S.a.r.l. notification regarding results of the sale of part of Central European Tour Operator S.a.r.l stake in Novaturas, AB. The announcement referred to in the preceding sentence is attached.

"There have been 4 transactions with undisclosed content. As usual, buyers will be disclosed if their stake exceeds 5 percent, "says Audronė Keinytė, Novaturo Group CEO and Chairman of the Board.

Novaturas Group is the leading tour operator in the Baltics states. Since 21 March 2018, Novaturas shares have been dual-listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and on Nasdaq Vilnius.
