Orange telco does not rule out ownership changes at Orange Energia
Listed telecom operator Orange Polska does not rule out various ownership options as part of the selection of the most favourable model for the further development of its power unit Orange Energia, Orange Polska spokesman Wojciech Jabczynski said.
"We are preparing for Orange Polska's new medium-term strategy. One of its elements, which we are currently analysing, is a review of options for further activities related to the resale of electricity concentrated in our company Orange Energia," Jabczynski said.
"We want to identify and select the most favourable model for further development, also considering different ownership options. Our choice will be guided by long-term value creation for our shareholders," he added.
