Orange telco resigns from EU funding in part of projects under one of KPO programmes

Listed telecom operator Orange Polska has resigned from funding in part of projects worth approximately PLN 58.76 million (EUR 13.75 mln) in one of the national recovery plan KPO programmes, the Digital Poland Projects Centre (CPPC) reported.


"We would like to inform you that, as a support unit for the National Recovery and Resilience Plan [the national recovery plan KPO - PAP ed.], we have updated the ranking list for Call No. KPOD.05.02-IW.06-003/24 for Investment C1.1.1 - Providing access to very high speed internet in white spot areas," CPPC wrote in the statement.

"The update is related to the resignation from support of some of the applicants who were ranked first in the competition areas," it added.
