("ORLEN", "Spółka") informuje, że Sąd Okręgowy w Łodzi X Wydział Gospodarczy oddalił w całości powództwo akcjonariusza Spółki o stwierdzenie nieważności lub uchylenie uchwały nr 30 podjętej przez Zwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie w dniu 25 czerwca 2024 roku w sprawie absolutorium z wykonania obowiązków w roku 2023 Członka Rady Nadzorczej Spółki Pana Michała Klimaszewskiego.
Wyrok w ww. sprawie nie jest prawomocny.

Dismissal of the statement of claim for annulment of the resolution of Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A. Regulatory announcement no 61/2025 dated 31 October 2025ORLEN S.A. ("Company") hereby informs that the District Court in Łódź, X Commercial Division, has dismissed in whole the statement of claim filed by the Company's shareholder for annulment or repeal of the resolution no 30 adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN on 25 June 2024 on discharge of the member of the Company's Management Board, Mr Michał Klimaszewski of liability for his activities in 2023.The verdict is not final.See also: the regulatory announcement no 46/2024 as of 5 August 2024.
