PKP Cargo obtains approval to extend deadline for submission of restructuring plan till end-June

Listed rail hauler PKP Cargo's remedial estate trustee has obtained permission from the Judge-Commissioner to extend the deadline for submitting the restructuring plan until the end of June 2025.


On Thursday, PKP Cargo's remedial estate trustee submitted a motion to the District Court in Warsaw to extend the deadline for drawing up the restructuring plan until the end of June 2025.

PKP Cargo argued the motion with the current state of work on the restructuring plan is advanced but drafting a document containing all the required elements by February 28, 2025, is not possible.
