Play mobile network operator to issue bonds with total nominal value of up to PLN 700 mln

P4, Play mobile network operator has decided to issue no more than 700,000 unsecured 5-year series C bearer bonds with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 (EUR 240.5) each and a total nominal value of no more than PLN 700 million (EUR 168.4 mln), P4 said in a market filing.


The bonds will be qualified as green bonds with bond proceeds allocated towards refinancing and financing of projects in line with Green Financing Framework of Iliad Group aiming mainly at Issuer's network modernization (both mobile and fixed) using latest technology making networks more energy efficient.

The decision to issue was made pursuant to the Programme Agreement between P4 and listed lender Santander BP, listed lender Pekao and Poland's largest lender by assets PKO BP acting, among others, as dealers and in connection with a letter inviting Trigon DM brokerage to act as an additional dealer.
