Poland issues PLN 240 mln worth bonds for companies development fund FRS
Poland's Ministry of Finance has issued Treasury bonds worth PLN 240 million (EUR 56.2 mln) earmarked for the state-controlled companies development fund FRS, the finance ministry said in a statement. The bonds have been transferred on December 31, 2024.
The ministry stated that the transferred bonds will be assimilated on January 21, 2025, with the following bonds sold at auctions (amounts at nominal value): OK0127 - PLN 36 million (EUR 8.42 mln), PS0130 – PLN 84 million (EUR 19.7 mln), WZ0330 – PLN 72 million (EUR 16.85 mln) and DS1034 – PLN 48 million (EUR 11.23 mln).
FRS is a sole shareholder company of the State Treasury, primarily focused on managing entrusted assets in the shipbuilding industry and the broader maritime economy.
