Poland's state postal operator starts cooperation with Temu e-commerce platform
Poland's national postal operator Poczta Polska has signed an agreement on cooperation with the Chinese e-commerce platform Temu, Poczta Polska said in a press release.
"The cooperation aims to improve the quality of service, increase the reliability of the logistics process and ensure supply coverage across the country," Poczta Polska said in the press release.
Poland's national operator will provide sorting, processing and delivery of parcels to more than 22,000 collection points (including the most popular shop chains, i.e. Zabka, Auchan, Lewiatan, Delikatesy Centrum, ABC, Groszek Euro Sklep and Duzy Ben).
Last winter, Temu launched a Local-to-Local model in Poland to encourage Polish local businesses to sell on the platform. The company aims for 80 percent of European sales to be sourced and shipped from local warehouses.
Temu is an e-commerce platform that connects consumers with manufacturers, brands and business partners. It operates in more than 90 markets worldwide.
