Polenergia's offshore project companies ink two annexes to agreements on turbine foundations

Listed renewables group Polenergia's project companies MFW Baltyk II and MFW Baltyk III have signed two annexes to the agreements for the transport and installation of turbine foundations and offshore transformer stations concluded with Heerema Marine Contractors Nederland, Polenergia announced in a press release.


As a result of the recalculation, the total remuneration of Heerema Marine Contractors Nederland under both agreements is currently estimated at approximately EUR 457 million, which represents an increase of approximately EUR 67 million.

It was reported that the annexes implement a planned recalculation of the contractor's remuneration in connection with the determination of the final baseline scenario for the work carried out by Heerema Marine Contractors Nederland.

The project companies MFW Baltyk II and MFW Baltyk III are developing offshore wind farm construction projects, namely MFW Baltyk II and MFW Baltyk III , respectively, as part of a joint venture between Polenergia and Equinor Wind Power AS.
