Polimex Mostostal SAPolimex Mostostal builder's consortium has EUR 128.5 mln deal
A consortium with listed builder Polimex Mostostal inked a deal with KT - Kinetics Technology for the construction of an HVO production facility worth EUR 128.5 million net, of which the Polimex Mostostal group entities account for EUR 75.4 million net, Polimex Mostostal said in a market filing.
The consortium consists of: Polimex Mostostal, Naftoremont-Naftobudowa (a 100 percent subsidiary of Polimex Mostostal), WodPol and AGAT.
The subject of the contract is the construction of an HVO (hydrogenated vegetable oil) production plant at the Holborn Refinery in Hamburg, which is part of the “New Green Diesel Production Plant” investment being carried out by KT for the end customer Holborn Europa Raffinerie GmbH.
The completion date for the object of the contract was indicated as February 28, 2027.
"For the completion of the task, the contractor will receive a remuneration of an objectionable nature, in the amount of EUR 128.5 million net (approximately PLN 545 million according to Poland's central bank NBP exchange rate of May 27, 2025), of which the entities of the Polimex Mostostal capital group will receive EUR 75.4 million net (approximately PLN 320 million according to Poland's central bank NBP's exchange rate of May 27, 2025)," it was written.
