Polimex Mostostal builder's consortium inks PLN 307.5 mln net deal with Enea power unit

A consortium with listed builder Polimex Mostostal has signed a contract with listed power utility Enea's unit, Enea Elektrownia Polaniec, for the construction of a high-bay warehouse with accompanying infrastructure, Polimex Mostostal said in a market filing. The remuneration will amount to PLN 307.5 million (EUR 72.2 mln) net, of which PLN 202.7 million (EUR 48.75 mln) net will go to the members of the consortium with the Polimex Mostostal group.


The consortium consists of Polimex Mostostal, Polimex Budownictwo (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Polimex Mostostal) and Financing&Manufacturing&Know-How.

The subject of the agreement is the construction of high storage shed with accompanying infrastructure for the unloading, storage and feeding of biomass to power units 2-7 at Enea Elektrownia Polaniec.

The final acceptance and commissioning date for the subject of the agreement is 18 months from the date of its conclusion.
