Polish rental platform Resi4Rent is granted EUR 25 mln loan from EBRD
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has lent EUR 25 mln to Resi4Rent to support the expansion of the company’s rental housing platform across Poland, the bank said in a press release.
"This is another round of financing we are directing to Resi4Rent, recognising the company’s consistent growth and contribution to the professionalisation of the rental housing market in Poland. We value the scale of operations, the responsible approach to social and environmental issues, and the commitment to increasing access to housing," Vlaho Kojakovic, head of real estate at the EBRD, said as quoted in the release.
"This investment also reflects the Bank’s new Real Estate Strategy 2025–2029, which prioritises addressing the housing gap and affordability challenges. Such initiatives align with our goals of supporting sustainable development and promoting inclusivity in the real estate sector," he added.
Resi4Rent currently offers over 5,800 subscription-based rental apartments in Poland’s six largest cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, Poznan, Lodx, and Gdansk.
