Zarząd Proguns Group S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (Emitent) informuje, że Emitent oraz spółka zależna Emitenta, to jest Progunsp. z o.o., przeszły pozytywnie proces rejestracji uzyskując kod NCAGE (NATO Commercial and Government Entity Code), odpowiednio: 9CEDH (Emitent) oraz 9CECH (Proguns sp. z o.o.).

Emitent wyjaśnia, że kod NCAGE identyfikuje podmiot w Systemie Kodyfikacyjnym NATO (NCS - NATO Codification System).

Emitent informuje, że w wyniku dokonanej rejestracji dane Emitenta oraz Proguns sp. z o.o, zostały wprowadzone do:

Bazy Podmiotów Gospodarczych prowadzonej przez Wojskowe Centrum Normalizacji, Jakości i Kodyfikacji (WCNJiK);

Bazy NATO Podmiotów Gospodarczych prowadzonej przez Agencję Wsparcia i Zamówień NATO (NSPA - NATO Support and Procurement Agency) https://eportal.nspa.nato.int/Codification/CageTool/home;

oraz zostaną wprowadzone do:

Bazy Podmiotów Gospodarczych prowadzonej przez Agencję Logistyki Departamentu Obrony Stanów Zjednoczonych (DLA - Defense Logistics Agency) https://cage.dla.mil/.

Emitent wskazuje, że kod NCAGE umożliwia odszukanie Emitenta oraz Proguns sp. z o.o. w przywołanych powyżej bazach dostawców oraz umożliwia dostarczanie rozwiązań na potrzeby Sił Zbrojnych RP oraz wojsk państw Sojuszu Północnoatlantyckiego, w tym bezpośrednie przystępowanie do przetargów prowadzonych przez instytucje związane z obronnością w Polsce oraz krajach NATO, w tym Armię USA.

Uzyskanie kodów NCAGE Stanowi przejaw konsekwentnej realizacji strategii Emitenta i jego Grupy Kapitałowej, o której Emitent poinformował w raporcie bieżącym ESPI nr 18/2024 z dnia 22 października 2024 roku.

The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., headquartered in Warsaw (the

"Issuer"), announces that the Issuer and its subsidiary, Proguns sp. z

o.o., have successfully completed the registration process and obtained

NCAGE codes (NATO Commercial and Government Entity Code), respectively:

9CEDH (Issuer) and 9CECH (Proguns sp. z o.o.).

The Issuer explains that the NCAGE code identifies an entity within the

NATO Codification System (NCS).

The Issuer further informs that, as a result of the registration, the

data of the Issuer and Proguns sp. z o.o. have been entered into the

following databases:

The Business Entity Database maintained by the Military Centre for

Standardization, Quality and Codification (WCNJiK);

The NATO Business Entity Database maintained by the NATO Support and

Procurement Agency

(NSPA): https://eportal.nspa.nato.int/Codification/CageTool/home;

and will also be entered into:

The Business Entity Database maintained by the U.S. Department of

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA): https://cage.dla.mil/.

The Issuer notes that the NCAGE code allows for locating the Issuer and

Proguns sp. z o.o. in the aforementioned supplier databases and enables

the provision of solutions for the needs of the Polish Armed Forces and

the armed forces of NATO member countries, including direct

participation in tenders conducted by defense-related institutions in

Poland and NATO countries, including the U.S. Army.

The acquisition of the NCAGE codes represents a continuation of the

consistent implementation of the Issuer's and its Capital Group's

strategy, as announced by the Issuer in current report ESPI No. 18/2024

dated October 22, 2024.
