Zarząd Proguns Group S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Emitent"), na podstawie art. 70 pkt 1 ustawy o ofercie publicznej i warunkach wprowadzania instrumentów finansowych do zorganizowanego systemu obrotu oraz o spółkach publicznych ("ustawa o ofercie") informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu 30.07.2025 r. zawiadomieniu sporządzonego na podstawie art. 69 ustawy o ofercie od GRUPA NIEWIADÓW - PGM S.A. 

Treść otrzymanych zawiadomień Emitent przekazuje w formie załączników do niniejszego raportu.

The Management Board of Proguns Group S.A., with its registered office

in Warsaw (the "Issuer"), pursuant to Article 70 point 1 of the Act on

Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial

Instruments to an Organised Trading System, and on Public Companies (the

"Offering Act"), hereby informs about the receipt, on July 30, 2025, of

a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Offering Act from

(1) GRUPA NIEWIADÓW - PGM S.A.

attachments to this report.
