Zarząd Proguns Group S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie (Emitent) informuje, że w dniu 6 marca 2025 roku spółka zależna Emitenta, to jest Progun Sp. z O.O., zawarła umowę o pośrednictwo w sprzedaży uzbrojenia z High Ground Defense z siedzibą w stanie Arizona (USA), na mocy którego Proguns Sp. z O.O. będzie oferować na terytorium Polski uzbrojenie produkowane przez High Ground Defense. Umowa została zawarta na okres 1 roku.

High Ground Defense jest producentem zaawansowanego uzbrojenia, opartego w głównej mierze na broni napędowej w systemie Gatling, która stanowi podstawę wyposażenia wielu platform wojskowych, takich jak transportery, śmigłowce, samoloty oraz jednostki pływające. Produkty High Ground Defense są dedykowane klientom instytucjonalnym, takim jak wojsko, policja i inne służby mundurowe. Obrót produktami High Ground Defense wymaga posiadania właściwej koncesji. Emitent przypomina, że Proguns Sp. z O.O. posiada taką koncesję, to jest koncesję nr B-072/2021 na wykonywanie działalności gospodarczej w zakresie obrotu materiałami wybuchowymi, bronią, amunicją oraz wyrobami i technologią o przeznaczeniu wojskowym i policyjnym wydaną przez Ministra Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji.

Emitent wyjaśnia, że zawarcie przedmiotowej umowy i uzupełnienie oferty Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta o uzbrojenie produkowane przez High Ground Defense, wskazuje na możliwość dostarczania przez Grupę Kapitałową Emitenta produktów militarnych, przeznaczonych wyłącznie dla wojska i służb mundurowych. W ocenie Emitenta wskazuje to na wiarygodność Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta w oczach dostawców i partnerów, a także otwiera Grupie dodatkowe możliwości uzyskiwania przychodów

The Management Board of Proguns Group S. A., Based in Warsaw (the

Issuer), announces that of March 6, 2025, the Issuer's subsidiary,

Proguns Sp z O. O., entered into a sales representative contract

agreement for weaponry with High Ground Defence, headquarter in the

state of Arizona (USA). Under this agreement, Proguns Sp z O. O. will

offer High Ground Defence's weapon systems in Poland. The agreement has

been concluded for a period of one year.High Ground Defence is a

manufacturer of advanced weapon systems, primarily based on

Gatling-style powered firearms, which form the core armament of various

military platforms such as armored vehicles, helicopters, aircraft and

naval vessels. High Groud Defence products are dedicated to

institutional clients, including the military, police and other

uniformed services. The trade of High Ground Defence products requires

the appropriate licence. The Issuer reminds that Proguns Sp z O. O.

holds such a license, namely licence no. B-072/2021, for conducting

business activites related to the trade of explosives, firearms,

ammunition as well as military and police - designated products and

technology, issued by the Minister of Internal Affairs and

Administration.The Issuer explains that the conclusion of this

agreement and expansion of the Issuer's Capital Group's portfolio with

weaponary produced by High Ground Defence demonstrate the Group's

ability to supply military-grade products exclusively for the armed

forces and uniformed services. In the Issuer's opinion this highlights

credibility of the Issuer's Capital Group in the eyes of suppliers and

partners, while also up additional revense oportumnities for the group
