Zarząd Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Spółka") niniejszym informuje o otrzymaniu w dniu 12 czerwca 2025 roku dwóch powiadomień sporządzonych na podstawie art. 19 ust. 1 Rozporządzenia MAR od AUGEBIT Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty zarządzany przez FORUM TFI S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie oraz Fundacji Rodziny Wesołowskich Fundacja Rodzinna w Krakowie, jako osób blisko związanych z Panem Tadeuszem Wesołowskim - Wiceprzewodniczącym Rady Nadzorczej Spółki.

W wyniku zdarzenia opisanego w przedmiotowych zawiadomieniach udział w Spółce Pana Tadeusza Wesołowskiego poprzez podmioty blisko z nim związane nie uległ zmianie.

Treść powiadomień stanowi załącznik do niniejszego raportu.

Notifications from persons closely associated with a person discharging

managerial responsibilities in the Company

The Management Board of Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. with its registered

office in Krakow, Poland ("Company") hereby informs that on June 12,

2025, the Company received two notifications prepared in accordance with

Article 19.1 of MAR from AUGEBIT Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty managed

by FORUM TFI S.A. with its registered office in Kraków, and from the

Fundacja Rodziny Wesołowskich Fundacja Rodzinna w Krakowie, as persons

closely associated with Mr. Tadeusz Wesołowski - Vice Chairman of the

Supervisory Board of the Company.

As a result of the event described in the submitted notifications, the

shareholding of Mr. Tadeusz Wesołowski in the Company, through persons

closely associated with him, has not changed.
