Samsung Electronics Polska and PKO BP lender have letter of intent to cooperate

Samsung Electronics Polska and listed lender PKO BP have signed a letter of intent to cooperate on the development and implementation of solutions in the area of e-commerce, technology ecosystems and digital transformation, Samsung said in a press release.


As stated, the companies will focus on certain key areas, including the development of a dedicated online platform for PKO BP's customers, the integration of modern financial services, the development of combined sales products in e-commerce and stationary branches, and the design of new business and technological processes.
