Second day of 5G auction bidding on March 25 - telecom market regulator

On the second day of the 5G auction for seven frequency reservations in bands below 1 GHz, the highest declared amount (SCA) for block A, B and C was PLN 356 million (EUR 85.4 mln) each, for block D it was PLN 363.1 million (EUR 87 mln), for block E it was PLN 370.4 million (EUR 88.8 mln), for block F it was PLN 356 million (EUR 85.4 mln) and for block G it was PLN 425.5 million (EUR 102 mln), the Polish telecom market regulator UKE wrote in a statement.


The subject of the auction is seven frequency reservations, with the starting auction price for the 700 and 800 MHz bands being PLN 356 million (EUR 85.4 mln). Orange Polska, P4, T-Mobile Polska and Polkomtel have been qualified for the second stage.

As a result of the current auction, a participant can obtain a maximum of two frequency reservations.

The results of the auction each day are to be presented by UKE in the form of current market filings in the Polish Public Information Bulletin BIP until the auction ends.
