SELVITA SA (4/2025) Otrzymanie istotnego zlecenia przez spółkę zależną Selvita S.A.

Zarząd Selvita S.A., z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Emitent" lub "Spółka"), niniejszym informuje w związku z raportem bieżącym nr 8/2024 ("Raport"), że podmiot zależny Emitenta - Selvita Inc., otrzymał zamówienie na wykonanie prac ("Zlecenie") od spółki biofarmaceutycznej z siedzibą w Stanach Zjednoczonych ("Klient"). Zlecenie dotyczy kontynuacji prac nad zintegrowanym programem odkrywania leków onkologicznych Klienta, o którego rozpoczęciu Spółka informowała w raporcie bieżącym nr 8/2024 z dnia 15 maja 2024 r.

Projekt skupia się głównie na identyfikacji cząsteczek (PROTACs) o nanomolarnym poziomie skuteczności degradacji białek i poprawionych właściwościach lekowych. Celem prac jest wyłonienie kandydata do dalszych etapów rozwoju w ciągu najbliższych 12 miesięcy. W realizację Zlecenia aktywnie zaangażowany będzie interdyscyplinarny zespół Selvity, obejmujący specjalistów z zakresu chemii, wspomagania komputerowego projektowania leków, farmakologii in vitro, charakterystyki ADME (ang. absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion) i profilowania farmakokinetycznego oraz farmakologii, co ma na celu zapewnienie realizacji założonych celów projektu.

Szacunkowa całkowita wartość Zlecenia wynosi 2.124.440 USD co przy średnim kursie wymiany Narodowego Banku Polskiego z dnia 28 kwietnia 2025 roku, 1 USD = 3,7701 PLN odpowiada kwocie 8.009.351 PLN. Ostateczna wartość świadczonych usług w ramach Zlecenia będzie uzależniona od rzeczywistych zasobów zaangażowanych w projekcie oraz zakresu przeprowadzonych testów ADME i profilowania farmakokinetycznego.

Biorąc pod uwagę wartość Zlecenia oraz strategiczny charakter kontynuacji współpracy w ramach zintegrowanego projektu odkrywania leków, Zarząd Emitenta uważa otrzymane Zlecenie za istotne.

Receipt of a significant purchase order by a company affiliated with

Selvita S.A.

The Management Board of Selvita S.A., with its registered office in

Krakow (the "Issuer" or the "Company"), hereby informs that, in

connection with current report no. 8/2024 (the "Report"), the Issuer

affiliated company, Selvita Inc., has received a statement of work (the

"Order") from a U.S.-based biopharmaceutical company (the "Client"). The

order concerns the continuation of work on the Client's fully integrated

oncology drug discovery program, the initiation of which was announced

by the Company in the current report no. 8/2024 dated May 15, 2024.

The project focuses primarily on identifying molecules (PROTACs) with a

nanomolar protein degradation potency and improved drugability

properties. The objective is to nominate a development candidate within

the next 12 months. Selvita's interdisciplinary team including experts

in chemistry, CADD (Computer-Aided Drug Design), in vitro pharmacology,

ADME (absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion), and PK

(pharmacokinetic) profiling will be actively involved to ensure the

project's successful execution.

The total estimated value of the Order amounts to USD 2,124,440 (which

corresponds to PLN 8,009,351 converted at the average exchange rate of

the National Bank of Poland as of April 28, 2025, USD 1 = PLN 3.7701).

The final value of services under the Order will depend on the actual

resources allocated and the extent of ADME and PK testing completed

throughout the duration of the project.

Given the value of the Order and strategic continuation of this

integrated drug discovery collaboration, the Issuer's Management Board

considers the received Order to be significant.
