Sofia, Bulgaria - According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, "Sopharma" AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on October 30, 2025 the Company sold 65 200 (sixty-five thousand and two hundred) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 179 321.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.75.

The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 19 319 350 representing 3.58% of the share capital of the Company.
