Tauron power estimates nearly PLN 1.92 bln in EBITDA in Q3 2025

Listed power group Tauron estimates that it had recorded an EBITDA of PLN 1.918 billion (EUR 450.5 mln) in the third quarter of 2025, compared to a consensus of PLN 1.83 billion (EUR 429.9 mln) the company said in a market filing.


The net profit is estimated at PLN 844 million (EUR 205 mln), higher than the consensus of PLN 794 million (EUR 186.5 mln).

Estimated revenues for the third quarter of 2025 reached PLN 7.819 billion (around EUR 1.9 bln), exceeding market expectations of PLN 7.66 billion (EUR 1.8 bln).

EBIT is estimated at PLN 1.266 billion (EUR 307 mln).

According to estimates, EBITDA of the Tauron Dystrybucja (distribution) segment was PLN 1.324 billion (EUR 321 mln), EBITDA of the RES segment was PLN 101 million (EUR 25 million), EBITDA of the Wytwarzanie (generation) segment was PLN 233 million (EUR 54.7 mln), EBITDA of the Sales segment amounted to PLN 196 million (EUR 48 mln), while EBITDA loss of Cieplo (heating segment) reached PLN 8 million (EUR 2 mln).
