Tauron sees upholding good results as gateway to discussion on paying dividend sooner

Listed power utility Tauron upholding its good results is a gateway to the discussion on a sooner dividend payment that for 2028, Tauron's deputy CEO Krzysztof Surma said.


"Our strategy states, that a dividend is to be paid not later than for 2028. We are looking at our financial results and they are very good. Upholding these results opens the door for discussions of sooner dividend payment," the deputy CEO told a conference when asked about the possibility of a dividend payment before 2028, and whether a dividend from 2025 profit is possible.

"We have only the first quarter behind us. We haven't decided yet whether we will recommend a dividend payment for 2025," he added.
