Tender offer for Comarch shares at PLN 332.20 per share till October 21

The share price in the tender offer for Comarch at PLN 332.20 (EUR 76.94) will be valid until the end of subscription, i.e. October 21, Trigon DM brokerage said in an announcement.


At the end of September, the summoning party raised the price in the tender offer for Comarch shares to PLN 332.20 (EUR 76.94), but this was only to apply until October 3, 2024. It was then agreed that from October 4, 2024, the price of the shares in the tender offer would be PLN 315.40 (EUR 73.05).

In August, the Filipiak family, together with CVC Capital Partners Fund IX and Anna Prokop, announced a tender offer for 5,266,072 Comarch shares, representing 34.81 percent of the total number of votes, at PLN 315.40 (EUR 73.05) per share.

The acceptance of subscriptions started on August 13 and will end on October 21. The expected date of the share purchase transaction is October 24, and the settlement of the transaction is expected to take place on October 29.
