Text software focuses on Text App product, works on acquisitions

Listed software services provider Text is focusing on the Text App product and is also working on acquisitions, the company's head of investor relations Marcin Droba told a press conference.


"We are currently focusing on Text App, which of course does not mean that the previous products have been completely forgotten – they can obviously be improved. We will definitely improve them, fix any bugs that may appear, and make sure that they work well and reliably as long as we have customers there," Droba told the press conference.

"However, as a rule, in terms of strategy, the focus is absolutely on the Text App (...) We are also working very hard on acquisition," he added.

In the second quarter of the financial year, at the end of September, the estimated value of the group's monthly recurring subscription revenue (MRR) from subscriptions to all products was USD 7.06 million, an increase of 0.3 percent year on year and a decrease of 1.5 percent on a quarterly basis.

Text's ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) amounted to USD 84.77 million.

The company estimates that in the second quarter of the 2025/26 financial year (July-September 2025), it had USD 22.24 million in payments received, which represents a year-on-year decrease of 2.6 percent and a quarter-on-quarter increase of 1.9 percent.
