Ukraine's central bank agrees to Getin Holding's sale of shares in Idea Bank Ukraine

The National Bank of Ukraine has agreed to the sale of shares in Idea Bank Ukraine by listed financial group Getin Holding, the group said in a market filing.


In October 2024, Getin Holding reported that it had entered into a conditional agreement to sell 100 percent of shares in Idea Bank Ukraine to Alkemi Limited, a company belonging to the Ukrainian financial and industrial group TAS.

It was reported at the time that the price of the transaction would be no less than USD 34 million, and that it was conditional on the approval of the Ukrainian antitrust regulator and by the National Bank of Ukraine.
