Unibep builder has agreement for implementation of PLN 53.5 mln residential investment

Listed builder Unibep has a conditional agreement for the implementation of a residential investment in Poznan, the company announced in a market filing. The remuneration for the implementation of the investment amounts to PLN 53.5 million (EUR 12.5 mln) net.


The contracting authority is Vinci Immobilier Polska Sp. z o.o.

As stated, the subject of the agreement is the construction of a complex of two multi-family residential buildings with a garage hall. The two buildings, with 4 to 6 above-ground floors, will contain a total of 141 residential units and 213 parking spaces in the garage hall.

The investment is scheduled to commence in the third quarter of 2025 and is planned to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.
