Unibep builder's real estate unit Unidevelopment sells 50 flats in Q1 2025

Listed builder Unibep's real estate unit, Unidevelopment group, sold 50 residential units in the first quarter of 2025, two of which were flats in development projects with third parties, Unibep said in a market filing. In the first quarter, the group carried out sales in nine investments.


The group recognised 58 units in the result for the first quarter of 2025, nine of which were in joint development projects with external parties.

At the end of the first quarter, the group had 14 reservation agreements in place for units in ongoing developments.

As reported, in the period, the Unidevelopment group started delivering units in the Sadyba Spot project in Warsaw's Mokotow district and started building and selling units in the second stage of the Kusocinskiego project in Gdansk.

In 2025, Unidevelopment plans to start handing over apartments to customers in another two projects, and to launch three new residential investments.
