UPDATE: Develia real estate sells 2,700 apartments YTD, up 31 pct y/y

Real estate developer Develia sold 2,700 apartments in the three quarters of 2024, up by 31 percent year on year from 2,059 units in the prior year period, while handovers increased to 1,898 from 1,298 in the prior year period, up by 39 percent year on year, the company said in a market filing.


In the third quarter alone, sales amounted to 751 units against 875 in the prior year period.

In July-September 2024, Develia handed over 741 units, up by 17 percent from 632 in the prior year period.

The company reported that the group's companies have 201 reservation agreements in place, the transformation of which into development agreements is assumed in the next period.

Develia's reported sales relate to sales under notarised development agreements and preliminary agreements. The figure has been reduced by terminated contracts.
