Votum legal advisor wants to pay dividend of PLN 3.74 total per share

Listed legal advisor group Votum's management board wants a total of PLN 44.9 million (EUR 10.45 mln) or PLN 3.74 (EUR 0.87) per share to be allocated to dividends from 2024 net profit and from the reserve capital created from the net profit for 2017 and 2018, the company said in a market filing.


On November 15, 2024, Votum paid an advance dividend of PLN 0.41 (EUR 0.10) per share.

The company's management board has requested that the advance payment be taken into account in such a way that the amount received as an advance payment will reduce the amount of the dividend to be paid to shareholders, which, taking into account the advance payment, translates into almost PLN 40 million (EUR 9.3 mln) or PLN 3.33 (EUR 0.77) per share.

The management board of Votum proposes May 30 as the dividend date, and the payment would be made on June 6.

The final decision regarding the allocation of the company's net profit will be made by the ordinary general meeting of sharehoders approving the company's financial statements for the 2024 financial year.
