Communique of the Warsaw Stock Exchange of 22 August 2025 (CATALYST)


Acting pursuant to § 25(2) of Division I of the Detailed Exchange Trading Rules in the UTP System, the Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby notes that in accordance with an early redemption of bearer bonds issued by PCC ROKITA S.A.:

• Series HA (PCR1028) marked with the code “PLPCCRK00290”

• Series HB (PCR1228) marked with the code “PLPCCRK00308”

• Series HC (PCR0629) marked with the code “PLPCCRK00316”,

the bonds have been delisted on Catalyst.

In connection with the above, starting from 27 August 2025, the Warsaw Stock Exchange will cease publication of information on the listing of these bonds.
