Poland's digital affairs minister will create deregulation team
The Ministry of Digital Affairs will create a working team for deregulation of laws in the area of digitization, according to an order from the ministry. The team is to identify legislation that causes a significant burden on businesses.
The regulations on the establishment of the team will take effect on Friday, April 4 this year.
Its main task will be to identify laws in the area of digitization that require deregulation. In particular, regulations that cause a significant burden on entrepreneurs.
The team is also to develop positions on proposals for changes to existing laws and possible legislative solutions that require deregulation, considering proposals submitted by the social side. These positions and proposals are to be submitted to the Minister of Digital Affairs.
