Poland's Economic Sentiment Indicator at 101.4 pts in June - EC
The Economic Sentiment Indicator (ESI) for Poland has risen to 101.4 points in June from 100.4 points in May (adjusted), according to data from the European Commission published on Tuesday.
According to the EC, the business climate index for Polish industry in June was minus 15.5 versus minus 16.0 points in the previous month.
The services index was minus 3.4 points against minus 4.1 points in May.
The Economic Sentiment Indicator (ESI) is composed of indications for industry (40 percent), services (30 percent), consumers (20 percent) and construction and retail (5 percent each).
The 100-point level corresponds to the long-term average of the ESI (since 1990).
