Poland's exports to Germany down 0.1 ppt y/y to 27.0 pct in Jan-May 2025 - stats office
Polish exports to Germany decreased by 0.1 percentage point year on year to 27.0 percent of total exports in January-May 2025, Poland's stats office GUS reported.
Germany remained Poland's top exports destination. The Czech Republic came second with 6.2 percent (flat year on year), with France coming third with 6.1 percent (against 6.2 percent in the prior year period).
In terms of imports, Germany also took the first place with a 19.3 percent share (down from 20.0 percent in January-May 2024). Second was China with 14.8 percent (up from 13.3 percent). The US came third with 5.1 percent, against 4.8 percent in the prior year period.
