Poland's retail bond sales at PLN 6.564 bln in June - MinFin
Poland's sales of retail bonds in June amounted to PLN 6.564 billion (EUR 1.55 bln), against PLN 6.05 billion (EUR 1.43 bln) in May, the Ministry of Finance said in a statement.
The finance ministry reported that the most popular instruments purchased were 1-year bonds - ROR. Individual buyers earmarked nearly PLN 3.1 billion (EUR 730 mln) for their purchase (47 percent share in the sales structure).
Less interest was shown in 4-year bonds COI (9 percent of total share), 2-year bonds DOR (6 percent), 10-year EDO (4 percent) and in 3-months OTS (3 percent) .
Year-to-date, retail bond sales have totalled PLN 37.35 billion (EUR 8.8 bln).
