In reference to the announcement of September 5, 2024 regarding the periodic adjustment of, among others, the sWIG80 index, GPW Benchmark informs that in connection with the verification of the current number of shares in free float for ACTION (ISIN PLACTIN00018), the company will remain a participant in the sWIG80 index after the periodic adjustment of the index after the session on September 20, 2024 with 5,306,000 shares. At the same time, SUNEX company (ISIN PLSUNEX00013) will remove the index.
