Archicom developer sells 589 flats in Q3, up by 96 units y/y

Listed developer group Archicom, owned by Echo Investment Group, concluded 589 preliminary agreements for the sale of apartments and development agreements in the third quarter of 2024 versus 493 agreements concluded in the prior year period, Archicom said in a market filing.


As stated, 88 agreements are direct sales of the Echo Group carried out by the Archicom Group under a management contract.

Year-to-date, the group has concluded 1,471 sales agreements, up from 1,315 in the prior year period.

Archicom said that 341 units were handed over in the third quarter (of which 31 agreements were direct handovers by the Archicom Group under a management agreement), versus 179 units handed over in the prior year period.

Year-to-date, the group has handed over 820 units, up from 791 units handed over to customers in the same period of 2023.
