The shareholders of listed leather products manufacturer and fashion retailer Wittchen have decided to authorise the management board to purchase no more than 3,687,219 own shares at a price not exceeding PLN 22 (EUR 5.23) per share, according to resolutions adopted by the extraordinary general meeting. Entities controlled by the Wittchen family will not sell shares as part of the planned buyback.
