A. Abramczuk appointed as new CEO of Cyfrowy Polsat TMT, Z. Solorz dismissed from supervisory board
Listed TMT group Cyfrowy Polsat's shareholder, TiVi Foundation, dismissed Miroslaw Blaszczyk from the position of company's CEO, appointing Andrzej Abramczuk in his place, Cyfrowy Polsat announced in a market filing.
The shareholder has also removed Zygmunt Solorz from the position of chairman of the company's supervisory board and appointed Daniel Kaczorowski in his place.
Andrzej Abramchuk has served as chairman of one of Poland's largest telco operators Netia since August 18, 2018.
Daniel Kaczorowski is a legal advisor and has over 25 years of experience in international law firms, mostly as a partner or associate. His practice includes both public and private market transactions. (PAP Business)
